My mother is living with me and is having a PO placed on me?

and my husband to avoid being commited she is a bypolor and asked me to move here from California ,Now she has been very abusive and hurt me and my 12 year old son and husband we came to a head and video the events and were going to have her placed in a hospital .to avoid this she has gone and lied to her counsleor saying I abuse her and wont feed her and take all her money !This is all fabricated in her own world !Will my family have to move out ?????
