An old 80s zombie film ?

Can someone tell me the name of an old zombie film , it is not one of Romero`s , it has got quite a big comical side to it if i remember rightly , i can only remember one vague scene when one of the zombie`s gets into a patrol car by a cemetry if im right and says into the walkie talkie type device in the car "send more cops" they all want to eat brains in the film too , thanks.
