How can I convince my mom to let me have scene hair ?

Lol :) this is what i did. I went to get my hair cut and did al little bit at a time. When she styled it i went home, teased it and checked if i liked it. I then brushed out the tease and tole my mom i didnt like it and the lady did it wrong. We ent back and i got it done a little more and now i have the hair i want! Ask your mom to razor your hair little by little and its not her hair its yours (politeley) If you want color you definently wont want permanent cause the color changes as time goes by which is what happened to me. So i just bought extensions from sallys claires and hot topic. Hope i helped!
