When did SUBARU Start using REGULAR GAS?

I noticed you asked for the wrx. The wrx still requires premium fuel. All subaru turbo engines still do. Most ask for 91 octane however i use 93 octane in my modified 08 sedan and still get 35mpg (i have picks to back it up haha). so in short if you have a turbo engine you still need high test fuel.
