Help with blocked listenport on bitcomet?

My listenport is blocked i did the portfowarding thing but cant find a router. I dont believe i have 1 cuz my computer is not connected to another this is the only computer in the house. Does it matter that i live in the Philippines. Also if it helps my service provider is smartbro wireless. I get a screen with tcp/ip! on bitcomet.
