Why did this Pit Bull attack?

no dog attacks without a meaning. sometimes dogs gets triggered by certain smells, but the dog's owner didnt raise him right. we have had countless pit bulls, alot were abused, and we just gave them love, and they were fine, this dog was either abused or neglected, or was taught to attack people.
