LEGAL HELP: Interrogating and badgering minor without parent present. Is this legal?

acually since he was on school grounds when the incedent happened it makes it legal for the dean to "har" jhim but since he is a mino it is iligal since they didnt provide him with his legal gardian but in some cases it would inter fere with the case if the parent is in the same room so their are qways typ getting around it. .
