you are entitled to be relocated whilst your grievance is aired, you are quite right in that you are being subjected to workplace bullying,dignity at work is recognised throughout most reputable workplaces and should be treated confidentially by your HR department. They are not permitted to divulge your reasons for a transfer, unless it is necessary. Your colleague who swore at you deserves to be disciplined and you should see this through to the end.
