I'm trying to uninstall old apple applications, Bonjour, and Quicktime from my computer.?

Because the files are not working properly, and I want to install i-tunes 9 because I just got a new Iphone 3G, but it won't allow the installation process to complete because it cannot remove the old aforementioned files. I can't remove them through add/remove programs from control panel. I even downloaded WinUtilities to remove the programs to no avail. I cannot delete them with the online program byetunes either, or delete them from local disc C. If I run a command prompt it cannot find the proper program or batch file. What can I do to legitimately rid myself of these pesky programs permanently?
