I'd like advice on what you think is going on with my body. I'm so confused.?

I'm just wondering if pregancy nausea lasted all day or came and went through out the day? I know the last few days I have noticed beening nauseated through out the day it comes and goes. Theres a good chance I am pregnate since I missed 3 of my pills one last week on Monday, One last week on Thursday and One just this past friday. I have had unprotected with my boyfriend. I'm not to to concerned since I don't think I am pregante concidering I've always missed pills ( never 3) usually one or 2 a month and have never gotten pregnate. I've been on BC for about 4 years now ( Switcheds 2 times though) I just recently just switched to 3 and half month ago to tricyclen lo 28. I was recently on tri-qualair and tricyclen before that. I have been missing pills a month since I can remember. I could have BV ( bacterial veganosious). I don't know I'm confused with that. For about 2 weeks I notcied a really strong foul smell down there expecally after I came home after the weekend from my boyfriends place. While at home and using my reg. body was ( not the shitty stuff I used for a bit at his place that I got from the dollar store) I noticed the odor would go away. Then I'd go to his place again and it would happen all over again. When I started noticing the odor there was a bit of an itch ( wasn't to bad) and when I went pee it burned only once. about 3 weeks before that I had BV and was on meds for 10 days which should have cleared it up. I found it weird that I had it again in that short period of time but went to the doctor to get a swab and she told me she wasn't going to do one and told me I should just take the meds for it. ( I don't like taking meds for soemthing that I'm not 100% sure if it's it) So I decided to weight to see my reg. doctor ( haven't yet got in ) The discharge has now disappeared and so had the odor ( except during ) and everything else. It never burned during though. Although I notice I am waking up in the middle of the night now with a full bladder which isn't me I usually sleep through the night. I've noticed that with in the last week. I know I'm not pregnate. I can't be I'd just be 2 weeks now or comeing close to it. I have every weekend many many times 2, 3 times sometimes up to 5 or 6 times a day concidering on the weekends is the only time I see my boyfriend. ( sorry if it's to much info) so even if I am I will never know when I concieved. (AGAIN I highly highly doubt I am) Could the nausea just be a bug thats going around, could it be from a vag infection or could it be preg? Should I still go get a swab for BV even though everything has gone back to normal except the odor during ? ( The discharge at the beginning was yellow really watery to the point it just ran out of me at times ( sorry I know again TMI) sometimes white and cloudy. It could have been just the amount of we had the weekend to. That was the weekend we were up to 5 or 6 times one day. Since then it's been like once or twise and it seems like everything is back to normal.
