I have a silly problem bu very serious?

i am a 14 and 1/2 yrs old boy and i am having physical problem i m having public hairs all on my body i understan i m growing up but one thing that makes me look ugly are the big black bold hairs on my lag and foot and due to this i feel ashamed of wearing capri so decided to bath cleanly and scrap my leg with towel but that cut only half hair and then hair grew more bigger so what to do?
