Help with feeding shield?

I have a medela pump it's a manual one. But I weqar a 38 DDD and the shield provided is obviously too small. I know you can't try it on because it considered a personal hygiene issue. So can any one help me out on what size I might need. I don't want to buy the wrong size and can't return it. Thanks in advance.
