By law can they do anything?

I am turing 16 in a couple of days and I am pregnant and my boyfriend/baby daddy just turned 25 one of my parents where trying to get him for the charge when the other wasn't and the case is about to be closed I was wanting to know if they could do anything if he signs the birth certificate
